Work Contents | We are a foreign-affiliated construction company that manages construction work on U.S. military bases and for foreign-affiliated private companies. We are looking for an experienced person to join our team immediately. Responsibilities: ・Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials, ・Contacting the person in charge (Japanese and English templates available), ・Inputting and updating work into the management system, ・Inventory control ・Processing invoices, ・Warehouse entry/exit work (light work, forklift work available) *Depends on the season, but basically 20% warehouse work, the rest is office work. Other work is done in the office. *Experience in improving operations and managing the work of members is preferred. *Any other works designated by the company |

Service engineers are assigned to work in the Kanto area and other areas of Japan to perform maintenance work and respond to problems at sites throughout the country.
Main duties:
・Customer service (sales, meetings, etc.)
・Preparing quotations
・Troubleshooting (on-site support, etc.) and troubleshooting
・Maintenance work (maintenance, power outage response, etc.)
・Cooperation with subcontractors
・Liaison with related departments within the company (contracts, orders, billing)
・Administrative work such as report writing, etc.

After entering the company, you will accompany senior employees on site and learn the flow of construction and basic operations through on-the-job training.
Even if you come from a different industry, you can make use of your sales skills and work experience in this job.

【Mainland Japan Operations Headquarters】 DDC Project Engineer
The Construction Project Engineer for Direct Digital Controls (DDC) is responsible for providing supervision and direction to the work crew, ensuring that all of their tasks are performed according to the company's standards.
You'll be working closely with the project manager and other engineers to ensure that all engineering practices are up to code, and that construction is completed on schedule. Also, you wiill work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that their needs are met throughout the process.
Some other responsibilities:
・Produce or participate in design/conceptual development based on the required sequence of operations and other requirements.
・Provide onsite and remote support commissioning system design changes.
・Managing contracts with subcontractors, resources and materials.
・Request quotations to subcontractor as needed in the project. Check subcontractor quotation that are qualified and on budget. Manage subcontract negotiations with project manager to ensure full project scope is included and profit margins are exceeded.
・Work with subcontractor to monitor progress, QA/QC installation, test procedures, document, and communicate with team progress observations.
